Cauliflower Gnocchi & Broccoli Skillet

This is such an easy healthy dinner that my husband and I enjoy! All you need is a cast iron pan or regular pan(your preference), and a medium sized pot!

  • One pound of Frozen Cauliflower Gnocchi (I use Trader Joe’s)
  • One pound of Fresh or Frozen Broccoli
  • ¼ cup of Heavy Cream – give or take depending on how creamy you want it
  • Handful of Grated Parmesan
  • Some salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup of water
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Take the gnocchi, put it in the cast iron pan over medium heat and let them sit for about 5 minutes then flip them and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove heat.
  3. Put the broccoli and water in the pot on boil for about 5 to 10 minutes or until tender. Strain good.
  4. Then add the broccoli, heavy cream, parmesan, salt and pepper to the cast iron pan with the gnocchi. Mix well and place into the oven for 10 minutes. If you did not use a cast iron pan then place all ingredients into a greased 9×13 pan.
  5. Remove from oven and ENJOY!
