Trader Joe’s Haul!

Trader Joe’s have such a good variety of everything! Here are some of my favorites when shopping there. Also a ton of healthy options!

Must Have Meats

  • Ground Turkey
  • Ground Chicken
  • Frozen Cooked Shrimp
  • Steak Filet’s
  • Chicken Sausage
  • Chicken Breast

I like making Alfredo or tacos with the shrimp. And of course you can replace a beef recipe with either ground meat! My husband is in charge of making the steaks, he has a special recipe that maybe one day I’ll be able to share! Lol. We like the Sweet Italian Style chicken sausage. You can slice them up and mix peppers & onions with it!

Vegetables & Sides

  • Cauliflower Gnocchi
  • Spiraled Carrots
  • Zucchini Noodles
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Wild Rice
  • Asparagus Risotto
  • Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry
  • Roasted Potatoes

These are my go-to veggies and sides to get. Healthy and real easy to create dinners with!

This is all from Trader Joe’s but a lot of it can be bought at other grocery stores too! My main goal is to just be as healthy as I can while stocking up on groceries.
