
Today marks TWENTY weeks of my pregnancy! Can we say hallelujah!? Not only am I more than ready to meet our sweet girl, I also have had a pretty rough pregnancy.
Let’s chat about it.
Don’t get me wrong, I am more than blessed to have gotten pregnant so quickly! But there has been more bad days than good.
I was nauseous literally since the first week and it did not go away until week 15. From the time I woke up to the time I went to sleep. It was awful! Not only was I nauseous but I had pimples everywhere (still do!!) and boy do they hurt. I am not one to get acne so this was something new for me.
I finally had my first appointment and ultrasound at 12 weeks which my husband was not allowed to be at. THAT made me cry like a baby! Lol. I was able to facetime him so that was better than nothing.
And finally, this is one that probably hits me the most. My body. I am use to going to the gym 5-6 days a week, that’s my time to relax and focus on nothing but myself. Since becoming pregnant I am SO tired! Exhausted, from morning to night. Which leads me to only making it to the gym about twice a week. HUGE bummer for me.👎🏻
BUT since hitting the 15 week mark I have not been nauseous once. All the other issues I can handle. LOL.
Once again, I am absolutely not complaining about growing a human. I am just sharing my experience of it all.
Ozie and I are so so ready for December!! Baby girls closet is almost full of sassy clothes & shoes along with her room almost being finished. I will of course share a picture AND reveal her name once everything is done!!! 😍
