What’s better than Shepherds Pie? Shepherds Pie covered in cornbread!!
- 1 lb ground beef – cooked
- 1 lb ground sausage- cooked
- 2 cans cream corn
- 1 can rotel
- 1 jiffy cornbread package
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together cooked meats, corn, and rotel. Prepare cornbread. Place meat mixture in 9×13 pan. Spread cornbread on top of meat mixture. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven, add cheese, and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
